1998

• Acquired two independent motels in Sanford, NC.

1999

• Leased 25-room Brookwood Motel in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

2000

• Purchased 160-room Holiday Inn with on-site restaurant and banquet room in Elizabeth City, NC. Property underwent complete renovations and was split into two operating divisions – a 120-room Quality Inn and a 40-room EconoLodge.

2002

• Hired to provide management services for 57-room Comfort Inn in Ferdinand, IN.
• Sold 42-room Vicki Villa Motel in Elizabeth City, NC.

2005

• The two independent motels in Sanford, NC 1998 were sold.
• Opened new construction 80-room Candlewood Suites in Beaumont, TX.

2006

• Sold 80-room Candlewood Suites in Beaumont, TX.

2007

• New construction of eco-friendly 72-room Comfort Suites in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

2008

• Hired to manage 60-room Stagecoach Inn in DeRidder, LA.
• Sold 120-room Quality Inn and 40-room EconoLodge in Elizabeth City, NC.

2009

• New construction of eco-friendly 56-room Best Western Plus hotel in DeRidder, LA.
• Acquired 75-room Best Western Executive Inn in Albemarle, NC. Hotel was completely renovated and converted to Quality Inn.

2010

• Acquired 125-room Sleep Inn in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Property underwent full renovations to complete Designed to Dream® requirements and become a Sleep Inn & Suites.

2013

• 72-room Comfort Suites in Roanoke Rapids, NC converted to Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Hotel fully renovated, with renovations completed in 2014.
• Acquired 54-room Sleep Inn & Suites in Conway, SC. Property underwent full renovations to complete Designed to Dream® requirements.
• Acquired 65-room Microtel Inn in Elizabeth City, NC. Property was completely renovated and converted to Best Western Plus Inn & Suites.
• Acquired 94-room Courtyard Inn in Goshen, IN.
• Acquired 46-room Atlantic Sands Inn & Suites in Myrtle Beach, SC. Fully renovated and opened as 54-room Sleep Inn & Suites.

2014

• Acquired 40-room Northern Neck Inn in Warsaw, VA. Property fully renovated and was opened as a Quality Inn.
• Began renovations on 94-room Courtyard Inn in Goshen, IN.
• Sold 54-room Sleep Inn & Suites in Myrtle Beach, SC.

2015

• Completed renovations on 94-room Courtyard Inn in Goshen, IN. Property was converted to Quality Inn.
• 56-room Best Western Plus in DeRidder, LA underwent full renovations.
• 60-room Stagecoach Inn in DeRidder, LA was completely renovated and converted to Quality Inn.
• Acquired 74-room Country Heart Inn in DeRidder, LA. Completely renovated and converted to Motel 6 and then Country Inns.
• Acquired 120-room Hampton Inn in Jackson, MS. Began full renovations on property.

2016

• 75-room Quality Inn in Albemarle, NC was completely renovated.
• Acquired 45-room Days Inn in Raeford, NC. Property fully renovated and converted to Quality Inn.

2018

• Gained approval to build 90-room Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton in Albemarle, NC. Property will be designed to include environmentally friendly features.
• Purchased 62-room La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Bridge City, TX.
• Approved to build new construction 104-room Springhill Suites by Marriott in Durham, NC. Project is expected to be completed in Q4 2020.
• Acquired 62-room Quality Inn in Whiteville, NC.
• Began work on new construction 96-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Rocky Mount, NC. Project is expected to be completed in Q1 2020.

2019

• Began site preparation and construction on 104-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Durham, NC.
• Under contract to sell 120-room Comfort Inn in Jackson, MS. Closing is expected in Q1 2020.
• 54-room Sleep Inn & Suites in Conway, SC renovated.
